not overwhelmed w/the result of these. too much lime zest. but at least i experimented w/a tip that’s not a star & i played around w/shooting w/my new phone in the dark.

Heath Bar Bacon Brownies
These are my first real improvisational dessert. I made them for a friend we have a running joke with. Every time we see him, he offers my vegetarian friend bacon. When I found out this weekend was the 1-year anniversary of his dad’s death, I knew we had to do something special for him and it had to include bacon.
I can’t get with the idea of bacon on my dessert, so I didn’t have one.
But my friend’s husband said these brownies were almost better than sex. I think that counts as a win?
